Dead Centre by Robin Bowles, SIGNED, 1st Ed, Peter Falconio, Bradley Murdoch, Joanne Lees

$19.99

On the afternoon of 14 July 2001, young English couple Joanne Lees and Peter Falconio left Alice Springs driving north to Darwin in the Northern Territory, Australia. In a remote spot on the highway at around 8pm their Kombi van was stopped by someone and Falconio was shot dead. Lees escaped the attacker and hid in the bush. The attacker moved the Kombi off the road and took the body away, and it has never been found. This is the bare bones of the official story. Over one year later drug runner Bradley Murdoch, 42, was charged with murder and subsequently sentenced to 28 years behind bars.
